Mesa Peru Announces Its New Restaurant, Ayasqa, For The Seven-Colored Mountain Route: Vinicunca And Palcoyo
Mesa Peru SCRL, owner of the AYASQA Restaurant chain – with two successful AYASQA restaurants in Machu Picchu and The Sacred Valley (Yanahuara) – recently inaugurated their newest AYASQA Restaurant in Vinicunca-Palcoyo. The third of the chain’s restaurants opened exactly 75 kilometers from the city of Cusco, in the Quiquijana district and province of Quispincanchis, this past 19th of October.
AYASQA Restaurant offers buffet breakfasts and lunches, each of which comes in two different formats: standard and premium. Between the two options, the restaurant hopes to satisfy the consumer’s gastronomic needs, while offering high sanitation standards, variety, quality, and providing diners with an inviting ambiance and great service. At the moment, the restaurant can hold up to 120 people; nonetheless, there are plans to expand in the immediate future.
The business partners are confident in the launch and subsequent success of this new restaurant, as it is the first of its category in the area. It also has the benefit of being located within the Fundo Providencia Estate, which boasts an area of approximately 30 thousand square meters, and has a long and interesting history, not to mention the first bread oven ever built in the small local town.
