LATAM Airlines Peru announces a new direct flight between Lima and Concepcion
LATAM Airlines Peru has announced that it will be the first airline to operate direct flights between Lima and Concepcion (Chile), starting on May 2nd, 2020. The airline will offer three flights per week between the destinations; Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The new flight will operate on Airbus A319 planes, which can fly up to 144 passengers, offering a total of 45,000 seats per year.
“With this new route, we reaffirm our compromise with Peru’s connectivity by consolidating Lima as a hub, and offering our passengers better alternatives with varied itineraries that accommodate to their needs,” said Manuel van Oordt, General Manager for LATAM Airlines Peru. “Currently, Latam offers direct flights from Lima to thirty-seven international destinations and nineteen national destinations.”
Flight LA2397 will depart from Lima at 00:30, arriving at Concepcion at 05:35 (local time).
