INKARRI Cusco hotel gets renovated and recategorized
After 12 years of recognitions, achievements, and dedicated service, the Inkarri Cusco has finally been recategorized as a 3 star HOTEL, and has undergone renovations to become a sophisticated boutique hotel, elegantly decorated by Betelguese Anticuario.
The new rooms in the 3-star XVIII Century Colonial mansion hotel are sophisticated and comfortable, each transmitting a special experience and featuring a unique ambiance.
The hotel is located in Cusco’s historic center, only six blocks from the Plaza de Armas – or main plaza. It boasts 36 rooms, five of which are considered boutique category, and 31 of which are traditional category. In addition, the hotel features two patios with trees and gardens, a restaurant that serves breakfast, a bar, a lobby, a reception area, and all services expected from a 3 star hotel.
The traditional rooms are divided into two categories – the standard and the superior – which measure between 18 and 70 square meters, and offer all amenities associated with a hotel of its category.
The bar, which opens at 6pm, serves one of the best pisco sours in Cusco and offers an innovative assortment of high quality beverages – both classic and house-created cocktails.
The relaunch event took place in mid-May, and many of the main tour agents in the City of Cusco came together to join the festivities.
During the formal announcement of the hotel’s new categorization, and the presentation of the boutique rooms, Dominik Moll and Carlos Zevallos, owners of Qoritel SAC – the operating business behind the Inkarri Hotel – announced their intentions to extend their operations to other cities across the touristic route that spans southern Peru.
