Work has begun on the Hotel Bel’Arte Lima, which is to form part of the Tapestry Collection Brand, by Hilton. According to Juan Corvinos, Vice-president of Development for Hilton Latin America, this new location can be found in the district of San Isidro. The 117-room hotel is programmed to open its doors in 2021, and will be the first of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection brand in Peru and in South America. Juan Corvinos highlighted that this new brand – created over a year ago – already has 40 functioning hotels and almost 100 in the pipeline. The executive also shared that this one of a kind hotel will be a boutique hotel, and will feature an art gallery within the property. The hotel is located on the 30th block of Avenida Arequipa. Likewise, the Museo Pedro de Osma in the Barranco neighborhood is set to open a Tapestry by Hilton hotel as soon as it is given permission to begin construction.
